I should say it was as if we were not in India anymore. My mom, Suzie, and my brother, Scott, came to visit us this January! After spending a few days in Nagpur seeing the sites and going on a tiger-less tiger safari, we traveled to Delhi.
The Leela Palace
My mom and dad surprised Jaimie and me with a three night stay at a five start hotel – the Leela Palace. From greeting us with a 2014 BMW, to the most extraordinary breakfast buffet we have ever experienced, the Leela was far from ordinary. They know how to do it right at the Leela.
The Taj Mahal
We also had the pleasure of visiting the Taj Mahal! It was a rainy day, but all of us had a great time. It was wonderful being able to connect with my brother Scott and joke about many things – including him getting poop all over himself. To this day, nobody is quite sure how it happened or whose poop it was.
From Delhi we flew to Myanmar and spent time with Judah and his ministry! But that will be further discussed in the next post.
